Roland FC-7 Vintage Foot Controller / Footswitch – Tested & Working
Vintage Roland FC-7 Foot Controller in good used condition.
The FC-7 is a vintage multi-function foot controller designed for use with compatible Roland equipment. These are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in tested condition.
Documented Roland FC-7 compatibility
Roland specifically lists the FC-7 for:
- Roland G-70
- Roland G-600
- Roland G-800
- Roland G-1000
- Roland E-80
- Roland E-96
- Roland EM-2000
- Roland RA-800
- Roland RA-95
- Roland RA-30
There are also documented compatible models from other generations:
- Roland BK-7m
- Roland BK-9
- Roland VA-7 — its specifications explicitly list the FC-7 as an optional foot controller.
- Roland VA-76 — the manual specifically describes connecting the FC-7 to its dedicated FC7 PEDAL socket.
Condition:
- Tested with a multimeter using continuity testing
- All connector pins/functions tested and working correctly
- Original vintage condition with normal cosmetic wear from age and use
- Please see photos for exact cosmetic condition
Because this was tested electrically via continuity rather than connected to the original compatible Roland equipment, I can confirm that all pins are switching/responding correctly, but I have not tested it as part of a complete Roland system.
A nice original replacement or addition for anyone restoring or using compatible vintage Roland gear.
Included: Roland FC-7 foot controller only.
Please check compatibility with your equipment before purchasing.
