For sale is a beautiful 1960 Fender Tremolux 5E9-A, made in the USA during Fender’s legendary tweed era.
This is one of the great classic Fender circuits: warm, dynamic, harmonically rich and extremely musical. The 5E9-A Tremolux delivers that unmistakable late-’50s / early-’60s tweed character — sweet cleans, rich midrange, natural compression and a wonderful overdrive when pushed.
The tremolo is deep, organic and very inspiring, adding movement and vintage texture in a way that only an old tube Fender can. This amp has a beautiful touch-sensitive response and works perfectly for blues, roots, rock & roll, country, studio work and vintage-style recording.
