This is a genuine late-1960s / early-1970s Yamaha AE-11 hollow body electric guitar, made in Japan and based on the classic ES-175 style design.

• Set-in maple neck
• Rosewood fingerboard with block inlays
• Dual Yamaha mini-humbucker pickups
• 2 Volume / 2 Tone / 3-way selector
• NEW Floating tune-o-matic bridge with trapeze tailpiece (The original bridge is also included )
• Zero fret with metal string guide (original)
• Original Yamaha tuners
• Original Yamaha hard case included
• A set of strings (Earnie Ball 011-048)
This guitar is highly regarded as one of Yamaha's best early jazz archtops, offering a warm, smooth, vintage jazz tone with great clarity. A wonderful alternative to a Gibson ES-175 at a much more accessible price point.
Condition:
The guitar is in very good vintage condition for its age (over 50 years old).
Normal cosmetic wear is present, but there are no major structural issues.
Electronics work properly and the neck is straight with comfortable action.

Playing very well with 1.8mm and 2.2mm@12F string height
Frets have some wear from normal use but still some left for you to play before re-fretting (Dressed, crowned and polished for you to play)
{The guitar has play wears and imperfections as below}
- Pick marks, small dents and play wear on body top, sides and back
- Some tarnish on machine head but they look good as in vintage guitar
- Rear tone cap missing
- NEW floating bridge (the original comes with the guitar-6E screw snapped off)
