RND 5025 Dual Shelford Mic Pre - flagship dual-channel microphone preamp with a precisely designed discrete circuit featuring specially designed transformers in the Class A preamp circuit providing subtle, nonlinear harmonic boost at low frequencies and distinctive coloration at high frequencies.

The preamp boasts 72 dB of low-noise, Class A gain, an adjustable high-frequency filter, and utilizes the well-known Silk (Red/Blue) circuit for two variations of tailored saturation.

With dual output transformers usiane a dual-output topology, the preamps can take advantage of classic transformer saturation without constraints on converters and other devices in the chain.
