I have been the steward of these amazing looking and sounding wood hoops for 21 years… It is time for another Yamaha Drummer to have the joy of owning them.They look amazing and they sound even better.They take your Yamaha Hipgig to a whole new level. I curated this set in 2005 for a newly purchased Rick Marotta signature Hipgig kit. Used them a few times for jazz cocktail gigs and then took them off and put away.I really dislike the saying, “if you know, you know“… but this is truly one of those “if you know, you know“, because Yamaha vintage wood hoops are pretty damn rare. Not only do they class up your kit, but they just give it a much fuller Sound.
