This is a pre-serial Ludwig Acrolite from the first year of production. Some refer to them as the “Prototype”.The shell, lugs and hoops are all aluminum, which made them rather fragile. Because of that, not that many are still all original. This one has almost all original parts except for one or two tension rod washers, snare strings and heads. No cracks in the lugs, but the hoops do have some scuffing.This drum is in very good shape considering it’s age and the materials.Please message for more information or more pictures.Thanks!
