The King of the Flat-tops With Custom Accoutrements The SJ-200™ is renowned worldwide as the “King of the Flat-tops.” First introduced in 1937, musical legends have embraced this superlative instrument across genres for generations. The Super Jumbo flamed maple body, paired with a Sitka spruce top, delivers outstanding tone and unparalleled projection. This version of the SJ-200 gets the Custom treatment with Les Paul™ Custom-inspired cosmetics, including an Ebony nitrocellulose lacquer finish, multi-ply binding on the top and back, a bound Les Paul-style peghead with a Custom split diamond inlay in mother of pearl, a bound ebony fretboard with mother of pearl Custom Block inlays, and gold Grover® Rotomatic® tuners. It comes equipped with a hardshell case and L.R. Baggs™ Session VTC electronics for plug-and-play use on stage or in the studio.
