Schecter Nick Johnston Traditional 10th Anniversary HSS Atomic Saffron
The Schecter Nick Johnston Traditional 10th Anniversary HSS celebrates ten years of collaboration between Nick Johnston and Schecter with an instrument that impresses both visually and sonically. The striking Atomic Saffron finish instantly creates a unique stage presence, while the alder body offers a perfectly balanced tone—warm, responsive, and bright enough for a wide range of styles. From the metal ring inlays to the chrome hardware, every detail has been carefully chosen to exemplify Nick’s signature aesthetic and Schecter’s uncompromising craftsmanship.
Premium Neck and Fingerboard Feel
The playing experience is enhanced by a wenge neck in Nick Johnston's custom "C" profile. This comfortable design allows for effortless gliding across the neck, while the ebony fingerboard offers a tight and fast feel for complex runs, bending, and fast passages. With a 14-inch radius and 22 jumbo stainless steel frets, you get excellent precision and comfort for both lead and rhythm work. Thanks to the stainless steel frets, you'll also enjoy maximum durability and a consistent playing feel, even after years of heavy use.
Versatile Sub Atomic HSS Configuration
Equipped with Schecter USA Nick Johnston Sub Atomic pickups, this HSS configuration delivers an impressively broad tonal palette. The chrome-covered bridge humbucker produces full, rich tones that shine in lead work and high-gain applications, while the single coils in the middle and neck positions offer sparkling cleans and excellent note definition. The five-way switch provides quick access to a variety of tone combinations, and the push-pull coil split in the tone control lets you unlock additional single-coil textures when desired.
The 10th Anniversary HSS is built with professional-grade hardware that guarantees stability and reliability. The Schecter Nouveau locking tuners ensure excellent tuning stability, while the matching Nouveau tremolo system allows for expressive vibrato effects without compromising your tuning. The addition of the Music City Bridge Three String Tree and Graph Tech Black Tusq XL nut further enhances stability and contributes to improved sustain.
