Like new. Comes with original box, manual, et cetera. It was thoroughly cleaned and I am happy to say that it looks like new. Now, I am very OCD about these things... So, do note the little darkened "mark" on the metal that you'll find in the third photo. It likely came out of production like this, it's no scratch or nick. Reverb demanded I change the mint condition label because of this, but what you get is a brand new looking unit (outside of the box and and included poster, that is). No issues with the headphone op-amp; it works flawlessly.
