I would say this Mike is in excellent condition but because the foam deteriorated on the capsule it needs to be cleaned. There is new foam pushed up against the grill microphone is an exceptionally good condition and works fantastic. This microphone is a completely different animal than an SM 57. It has a mid range boost that really makes a guitar super meaty. I also enjoy it on a snare drum and acoustic guitars.
