Up for sale is a classic 1978 Marshall JMP MKII 100W head (Model 1959), made in England. Verified 1978 production with original rear serial plate (S/A 08719K).
Master Volume Mod: Features a professional Master Volume and switch modification cleverly installed using the existing secondary input jacks on the right. No extra holes were drilled into the chassis or front panel, making this modification 100% reversible if you wish to return it to factory stock specs. It allows you to get that legendary, cranked British tube crunch and dynamic response at studio-friendly volumes.
Condition: Excellent aesthetic and functional condition for its age. Used exclusively in a studio environment. Clean tolex, original brass faceplate, and pristine original chassis layout.
Power & Voltage: Equipped with original rear selectors for voltage and speaker impedance.
Additional Info: A matching 2004 Reissue Marshall 1960AX 4x12 cabinet with Celestion Greenbacks (Checkerboard grill) is also available separately. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in a local pickup for the full stack.
