• Most products are available for testing on demand in the showroom in Warsaw.
• Every customer in Europe is entitled to a 30-day return policy. This option doesn't cover customers outside the EU.

The Waves IONIC 16 stagebox delivers exceptional sound with punch and clarity to your live sound productions, complementing the stellar sonic performance of the Waves eMotion LV1 live mixer. Tailor-made for eMotion LV1 systems, the Waves IONIC 16 takes the company's SoundGrid stageboxes to an entirely new level of sound quality and performance, built around 16 Waves Signature Preamps with top-shelf 32-bit/96 kHz conversion. Housed in a rugged 2U rack-mountable chassis with redundant power supply support, it is engineered to deliver without compromise, night after night on the road.

Key elements of its design:

• 16 Waves Signature Preamps At the heart of the IONIC 16 are Waves' Signature Preamps, featuring fully discrete analog circuits with maximum headroom, lightning-fast transient response, and an incredibly low noise floor. These custom preamps accurately capture everything from a whisper to a scream and deliver it with warmth and natural depth of field. The equivalent input noise reaches –130 dBu at 60 dB gain, A-weighted, with up to 60 dB of total gain range adjustable in 1 dB steps.
• HMX Harmonic Enhancement Preamps can be set to a neutral, bypassed sound with loads of headroom, or the HMX harmonic enhancer can be engaged per input to add that rich, full-bodied analog character usually found only in high-end mixing consoles — without compromising punch or clarity.
• Selectable Input Impedance Switchable 2 kΩ/7 kΩ preamp impedance ensures great sound with any source material, allowing engineers to tailor the microphone interaction per channel between a classic vintage response and a more modern, transparent character.
• 12 Crystal-Clear Analog Outputs The 12 hyper-transparent analog outputs can deliver levels up to +24 dBu with a flat frequency response, and can also be toggled to +18 dBu for destinations requiring colder inputs. THD+N measures –100 dB at +24 dBu and –105 dB at +18 dBu, with crosstalk suppression greater than 90 dB across the full audio band.
• Dual Independent Headphone Outputs The two headphone outputs yield clear, powerful sound, each with an individual volume knob for easy monitoring. Each headphone output can be set to monitor a different source.
• AES Digital I/O with Sample Rate Conversion Stereo AES I/O with built-in sample rate conversion ensures compatibility with any sample rates in your signal chain.
• SoundGrid Network Integration With a secure etherCON port designed for simple hookup to an eMotion LV1 live mixer or any other SoundGrid-compatible hardware or software, the IONIC 16 integrates easily into any stage or studio setup. IONIC's control panel is available in the LV1's device rack, letting you control various preamp and output parameters directly from the mixer without missing a beat.
• Redundant Power Supply A redundant PSU external input enables the stagebox to continue working even if the primary power supply fails, providing mission-critical reliability for touring and fixed installation environments.
