The RG752MQFXS is a seven-string electric guitar from the RG series with a solid body, introduced by Ibanez in 2016. It was a limited edition model made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the luxury Prestige line.
The RG752MQFXS has a quilted maple top on a mahogany body, bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard neck with a matching headstock and a 24-fret birds eye maple fingerboard without inlays. Features include a Gibraltar Standard II-7 fixed bridge, dual DiMarzio PAF7 humbucking pickups, a Graph Tech nut, and locking Gotoh tuning machines.
This model was produced as a special limited series, compiled by American retailer The Axe Palace, for whom twelve copies were produced. A few extra guitars were also sold in Japan through Ikebe Gakki.
The RG752LWFX is a similar model with a Limba wood top, while the RG752WMFX is a version with a wenge top. The RG752FX is a related model without an exotic top.
The RG752MQFXS was discontinued after 2017.
