Binson PA 602 Premixer Echo – Vintage 6-Channel Valve Tube Mixer Preamp – Italy

Rare vintage Binson PA 602 Premixer Echo, made in Italy, from the Binson 600 Series.

This is the original 6-channel valve preamplifier/mixer with 2 auxiliary inputs, designed as part of the classic Binson professional audio system.

Please note that despite the name “Premixer Echo”, this unit does not contain an Echorec delay mechanism. It is a tube preamp/mixer designed to work on its own or in conjunction with external Binson echo equipment.

Each of the six main channels features individual controls for input level, treble, bass and echo routing. Two additional auxiliary channels are also provided.

The unit is in very nice original cosmetic condition for its age. The hammered metal finish, front panel, knobs and rear panel are well preserved. Please see the pictures for the exact cosmetic condition.

Operational condition:

The unit powers up and is functional in the operations I have been able to check.

However, I do not have the equipment required to perform a complete professional test of every input, output, channel and echo-routing function. Considering its age, I therefore recommend that the unit be checked/serviced by a qualified vintage audio technician before intensive use.

It is being sold honestly as vintage equipment that is working, but not comprehensively tested or recently serviced.
