Quite a rare piece!
Here we have a JBL K130-4 (8)Ohm speaker manufactured for Peavey in the late ’70’s, not sure about the exact date. After a little research I found out that these speakers were discontinued quite quickly as they were matched to Peavey amps putting out over 100W which were blowing them out in rather spectacular fashion. Problem was that these were rated at 125W RMS when all they really could manage was 85W tops. But boy do they sound good! Only selling as I prefer the sound of my cab with a ”Black Widow” 1501 in it slightly better, se pictures for conditions.
It does indeed look like it's been re-coned to 8 Ohm but it is still in perfectly working order.
