The new Gibson Les Paul Studio Double Trouble has been optimized to offer greater versatility and comfort. The Ultra Modern Weight-Relieved mahogany body significantly reduces weight, ensuring smoother playability, while the mahogany neck with a Slim Taper profile provides agility and speed for more complex performances. Special attention has been given to the Graph Tech® nut, a self-lubricating material that enhances tuning stability by minimizing friction. Following the successful experience of the Double Trouble versions of the Les Paul Standard, Gibson has decided to extend this formula to the Studio Series, producing only 500 units per finish, characterized by exposed coil pickups and vintage colorations that emphasize its distinctive aesthetic and sonic character.
The electronics are powered by a pair of Gibson Burstbucker Pro pickups, capable of delivering an open and bright tone, ideal for both clean sounds and high-gain tones.
