Perfect condition, always rack mounted, never gigged, used in a smoke free studio. I used this with a drum machine and it was always operated with hands, never stomped. It also includes a Voodoo labs ISO 5 power supply that can run 9v., 12v., and one 18v pedal(WMD runs on the 18v). The pedal power comes with six pedal power cables and the cable to plug into the wall.
