Short, tight, slightly smacky chick – clear and dominant even at low volume.Full dynamic range from very soft articulation to strong, cutting projection.Not a generic hi hat sound.

• Diameter 13" • Top 1023 g • Bottom 1004 g • Deep hammering • Traditional lathing • Old small vintage center hole (requires vintage clutch) • No stamp, no maker mark • No rotocasting • Handwritten signature underneath the cups • One small flea bite on top and bottom • No cracks • No keyhole
The lighter cymbal is currently used as bottom.
Despite the small weight difference, both cymbals respond differently in articulation and overtone structure.
Played softly they remain precise and clear.Played louder they stay dry and cutting rather than washing out.The bells are present and articulate.
