This is a Fender Japan Stratocaster ST68G-115CI, released in 1999 as the Chris Impellitteri Signature Stratocaster. It is a very rare model.

It features an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with scalloped frets from the 21st fret upward. The pickup configuration is a special setup, with Vintage Noiseless pickups in the neck and middle positions, and a Texas Special pickup in the bridge position.
