An exceptional handmade 4/4 violin inspired by the legendary Antonio Stradivari “Cremonese 1715” model - one of the most admired instruments from Stradivari’s Golden Period.
Crafted in 2023 by Bulgarian violin maker Mityo Dimitrov, this instrument combines refined European craftsmanship, highly flamed Balkan maple, and an expressive mature tonal character with impressive balance and projection.
The violin produces a rich, warm, and sophisticated sound with excellent responsiveness and beautiful overtone complexity. Its lower register is deep and resonant, while the upper register remains sweet, focused, and lyrical without harshness. The instrument responds quickly under the bow and offers the dynamic flexibility required for advanced repertoire, solo playing, and chamber music.
Visually, the violin features a striking one-piece flamed maple back with elegant Cremonese-inspired arching, refined f-holes, and a beautifully transparent hand-applied oil/alcohol varnish that enhances the natural beauty of the tonewoods.
