Philips CDR 951 1990-2000

CDR-W laser recorder. It works perfectly.

There's a little wear on the top, but I did that myself when I accidentally cleaned it with alcohol to remove some dirt.

This is a truly interesting product, an EISA award winner, that comes equipped with both a CD-TEXT input for a microphone and even a coaxial digital input—very useful if you want to rip a CD by capturing the signal from another CD.

The Philips CDR 951 is a high-end audio CD recorder (a high-fidelity, or Hi-Fi, component) released in the late 1990s (around 1998–1999) as part of Philips' classic 900 Series.

The Philips CDR 951 records at 1x speed. As a home audio recorder from the late 1990s designed for high fidelity (Hi-Fi) and adhering to conventional compact disc (CD-DA) audio standards, the recording process exactly matches the duration of the music: a 60-minute disc will take exactly 60 minutes to record.
