Hello there people from the internets! Up for sale is a 1998 Ibanez Soundgear SR1010 in Stained Oil finish. The SR1010 is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1997 and produced in Japan by FujiGen. The SR1010 features a double-cutaway mahogany body top bolted to a wenge and maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval position markers, white side dots and a black headstock. Components include an Accu-Cast B IV fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, and a pair of IBZ AFR-P/J (active full range) pickups chanelled to a Vari-mid 3 band EQ, a plastic nut, cosmo black hardware and gotoh tuning machines.

As you can see in the photos and video, the bass guitar is remarkable condition for its age, with only a few minor picking scratches here and there no major dings/heavy scratches in the body (please check video and photos for a better perspective of the guitar's condition and please ask for more pictures and videos). The neck is dead straight and the truss rod works as it should (turn both ways without any hassle. The electronics are original and everything works properly apart from one of the Vari-mid 3 band EQ two stage potentiometers that is a bit stiff between stages and they turn together if the other is not being hold (still functions right so I decided to not replace it). The frets show almost no wear, have been polished to mirror finish and it has just been setup to my liking with 45-105 D'Addario XTs.
