Yamaha DTXPRESS III DTXP3 Drum Trigger Module – NOS / New Old Stock – Original Unopened Packaging – Made in Japan

A remarkable New Old Stock Yamaha DTXPRESS III (DTXP3) drum trigger module discovered in the remaining inventory of the former Piens MusicPlanet musical-instrument megastore in Belgium.

CONDITION

This unit is genuine NOS – New Old Stock.

It was originally held as retail inventory but was never sold and has remained stored in its original Yamaha packaging.

The package has not been opened for testing. We prefer to preserve the originality of this exceptional NOS example rather than break the original packaging simply to test it. It is therefore offered as unused old dealer stock, but due to its age no guarantee is made regarding present electronic functionality.

The outer carton may show normal storage/age-related marks; please refer carefully to the photographs.

The DTXPRESS III belongs to an important generation of Yamaha electronic percussion equipment and remains useful for electronic kits, hybrid acoustic/electronic setups, MIDI applications and studio installations.

What makes this particular example special, however, is its condition and provenance.

Most surviving DTXPRESS III modules have spent many years mounted on electronic drum kits. This example survived as unsold dealer inventory in its original packaging.

An unusual opportunity for the Yamaha collector or drummer searching for an exceptionally original DTXPRESS III.

Worldwide shipping available by arrangement.

Provenance: Original New Old Stock from Piens MusicPlanet, Belgium.
