The ROSS Distortion brings back one of the most recognizable vintage distortion circuits in a modern, road ready format. Built in Kansas City, Missouri at the JHS Pedals facility, this updated version preserves the feel and character of the original while adding practical improvements for today’s players.Based on a classic op amp hard clipping design, the ROSS Distortion traces its roots to iconic circuits like the MXR Distortion Plus, DOD 250, ProCo RAT, and BOSS DS-1.
