No info re this, as the instrument is being "made to order", as all Mk8 pianos are! Its so new it does not fully exist yet! This is KKGB's second new Rhodes (MIDI) piano; first one has just been delivered to a Cambridge customer. Attached photos are actually of another Mk8 we bought and sold in 2025.....this new one will look very much the same, but there will be a MIDI out socket......this allowing connection to other synthesizers/keyboards.Sounds like? No samples on the menu, just a Rhodes 73-note electro-mechanical piano, derived from the invention of Harold Rhodes from about 60 years ago in the USA. You can never replace playing/viewing/smelling the real thing....say what you like, baby......Rhodes Music Group Ltd have now manufactured hundreds of Mk8 pianos over just a few years. We have existed for 16 years, based in E. Midlands (near Nottingham). For a few years, we were official UK/Ireland importers of Vintage Vibe electric pianos; we sold about 20 of them....we also specialise in selling/buying/servicing/repairing (nearly) all Rhodes & Wurlitzer models, and handle Hohner Clavinets/Pianos + synthesizer repairs/refurbs etc...note, not interested in repairing digital "pianos" and a lot of modern "synths" <> most of such are now not musical instruments, more like "consumer electronics" with SMT (surface mount technology...and mostly not repairable at a sensible cost). Give us the old kit, its usually better built. Being an official Rhodes dealer/service centre based right in the centre of England, we are geographically perfectly located. We can accept part-exchanges, to lighten the fiscal wallop.
