Vintage 47 Amps The Bronson - Two tone blue/cream

heres a great little amp that packs a lot of power and pubch in a very small format. It’s all point to point hardwired using high quality parts including nos tubes! it‘s based on the Bronson Singing electric lap steel amp offered by Valco back in the day, the amp can do sparkling cleans all the way to jimmy page style overdrive! It’s a very similar circuit to the amp that page used to record tunes like communication breakdown.

Note- The amp runs on 110v American power

Cosmetically,There are some small separations in the tolex that can easily be glued back into place otherwise the amp is in fantastic condition!

The Bronson "Singing Electric" was one of the many companies Valco made amps for. It shares the all octal tube Valco Supreme 12 watt class AB push pull ciruit with a 10 inch Ted Weber signature speaker. The finger jointed baltic birch cabinet is covered in 2 tone beaded tolex.

This amp has that amazingly thick & saturating Valco sound and touch sensitivity our amps are famous for. Capable of clean jazz to over the top overdrive. An incredible harp amp with great feedback control due to the interactive tone & volume controls.
