Eagle design is not included in the price Video Features 100% maple shells The shells of the Maple series are made of 6 layers of maple with a total thickness of 5 mm. Sound was the highest priority when designing Polmuz drums. Balanced mid and high frequencies provide great versatility across many music styles. The full, powerful character and rich resonance of the shells were achieved through the use of carefully selected maple layers, as well as focus on shell forming and edge shape. Edges The bearing edge cut at a 45° angle ensures optimal contact with the head. Each edge on Polmuz drums has been polished and additionally waxed, ensuring perfect head-to-shell contact. The result is clean tone across the full frequency range. Sharp bearing edges on toms provide quick attack and short decay, while rounded bearing edges on bass drums generate unique and warm vintage tone. Finish The matte finish of Polmuz drums gives each set a unique appearance and unconventional tone. The lacquer used for finishing Maple series Polmuz drums is of the highest quality. Tube Lug Tube Lugs are characteristic of all Polmuz drums. The unique Tube Lug design makes them look like traditional fittings, but the lug "floats" above the shell to minimize contact with the drum. This allows the entire shell to resonate across the full range of sounds. To minimize the risk of drums going out of tune, each one features a long screw that seats deeply into the lug. Additionally, each is equipped with double security in the form of washers - metal and nylon - that guarantee tuning stability. Chromed hardware In Polmuz drums, all hardware is finished with a chrome plating. The beautiful appearance provides a sense of highest quality materials used and breaks with the brand's unfortunate reputation from years past. The cast logo on Polmuz shells is a true declaration of quality and style. Made of solid brass and chrome-plated, the Polmuz nameplate is a guarantee and signature of the highest level of craftsmanship in every drum. Mounting system A non-invasive mounting system ensures maximum resonance and stability regardless of conditions. The streamlined design makes it easy to position toms closer together, providing greater freedom and comfort. Additionally, parts made from aluminum ensure reduced weight. Bass drum claws The claws in Polmuz drum sets are equipped with rubber pads that help protect wooden hoops from damage. In this arrangement, claws and hoops form one coherent whole, so they don't separate or rattle, even with loose tunings. Heads Transparent, single-ply high-quality heads are used on the drums. The heads on bass drums additionally feature a wide damping collar. In contrast, resonant heads feature a characteristic vintage-style head with a distinctive Polmuz logo.
