I am selling this Neumann U 87 Ai, a high-end studio microphone and a real reference for recording voices, instruments, acoustic jacks and professional applications.

The microphone is in very good general condition and has been carefully preserved. The photos of the ad show precisely its current aesthetic condition, including the connecter and serial number.

Operation: fully functional, no particular problems to report.

Finish: Nickel

Connecters: XLR

Power supply: Phantom 48 V

Directivities: cardioid, omnidirectional and figure in 8.

The microphone is sold with a quality shockproof / spider suspension, which is not the original Neumann suspension. Its value is about €100 to €200 and it is included in the sale.

The microphone has slight aesthetic traces related to its use and age, visible in the photos. I prefer to let them appear clearly rather than try to present the product as new.
