A fully recapped / serviced 8 channel POLYGRAM bucket ( Deutsche Grammophon )

INCREDIBLE SOUNDING desk with utterly sublime preamps and EQ , it will absolutely blow you away when you compare it to vintage Neve, API etc.

A PERSONAL OPINION; I personally ( and I’m absolutely not alone in this opinion ) find these channels to be ABSOLUTELY on par with for instance Neve 1073/1076 etc. … for these you pay circa 10.000,- each ! , so if you think this desk is pricy, you might be smart to re-think a bit 😬😱😃

Fully plug and play, with PSU , multi cables to XLR for 8 line in, 8 mic in, 8 direct out, and for the 8 balanced inserts you get 8 connectors ( very cool looking ) so you can wire them as you want , also one multi connector for the 4 aux sends and further connection options.

Part of a modular series of desks, which you could buy in lots of different configurations ( from 8 channel buckets to 60 channel big desks with center/master block )

fully discrete op-amps. Built by Philips and Siemens engineers (Polygram was a joint venture of both companies), these rare consoles utilize discrete electronics rather than integrated circuit (IC) chips.

You can use this “block” as a standalone 6 to 2 summing mixer with EQ and inserts on the 6 channels and the master buss ( not a modification, this is a factory made option ) as 8 incredible equalizers / preamps, or any combination of the above, you can also use the multi output connector to sum all 8 channels to 2 “ output groups” going into a simple second mixer! this multi output also has the 4 aux signals.

Believe it or not, these are the modules/blocks of PORTABLE consoles Deutsche Grammophon made 😃😃😃 , they come with a great wooden box , see pics.
