Mint Condition! Martin 000-16RGT from 2004. USA made! There is no evidence this guitar has ever been played. In fact, the film is still on the pick-guard.This is a very rare guitar and perhaps the only 000-16RGT for sale. 'RGT' stands for Rosewood Gloss Top. The Martin 16GT series guitars, no longer made, fly under the radar. Not many were made, probably because they hurt the sales of Martin's more expensive offerings.She has solid Rosewood back and sides and a solid Spruce top. And this one is a beaut! Note the color and grain pattern of the Rosewood and Spruce.This is a no issues instrument. The action is nice and low. And she has the very comfortable 1-11/16" nut. Most Martins today have the larger 1-3/4" nut. And, as you know, these 000's are very comfortable to play. You won't want to put her down.A K&K Pure Mini Pick-up with volume control (the best) was recently installed. This is a 'passive' pick-up. Active pickups require a battery mounted inside the guitar which is a pain. I do recommend you purchase the K&K Pure Preamp so you can dial in the exact sound you're looking for.
