Freer Percussion EUROPA 1 Concert Snare Sticks (fine hornwood)

The new Europa 1 model is called “fine” because of its thinner diameter at 15mm.  The length is 402mm with an 8mm round bead and extreme taper in the shoulder.  The result is a more fine and elegant design that provides a very quick rebound and response in a leaner stick.  The hornwood used for these two models is different from that of my other models.  It’s slightly more dense so these models don’t become too light from the size reduction.  This stick is another great option for lighter orchestral playing as a partner and compliment to my Light Orchestral models.  Extremely versatile and excellent for solos as well.
