Beautiful dark brown acoustalon bars, with a responsive feel and clear, resonating tones. Perfectly tuned and a joy to play.
This model is incredibly durable; weather and aging-resistant. In fantastic condition, it comes with a cover to even further extend its life and protect the bars when not in use. Bars show the normal minor marks of synthetic bars which have been played for years.
Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Wheels have a small foot-pedal locking mechanism so you don't have to worry about the instrument rolling around as you play.
This is a perfect intermediate marimba and excellent for surviving moves. Absolutely a "Buy it for Life" deal, no matter whether you need it for a school, symphony, marching corps, or home use.
