Vintage Pro Pedal Hihat stand, from the late 60s or so. Cool pedal, most likely made by the early Pearl factory. Perfect match for an old stencil kit or early Pearl kit.
It's working nicely, and is in pretty good shape. Some chrome wear and signs of use and age as expected. It appears to be all original as well.
The rubber feet are fairly loose, they could easily be glued on or something if you wanted.
