Marketed by Klassic Keys GB (Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England).
Manufactured from 1978 to 1981, the Multimoog was offered as a budget friendly alternative to the Minimoog (after the Micromoog). It's a classic monophonic synth that features 2 oscillators, a ribbon controller, variable waveforms, flexible sample and hold, LFO, aftertouch (for pitch, VCF, or LFO rate) and a great sounding 24dB Moog filter. Flip the voltage twixt 120/240V, with "kettle" mains cord (no silly external PSu or wall wart). NO iffy tuning, as the twin VCOs are "heat-controlled" for stability.
This one was sourced from London. Very much a "case queen", its evident that it has been carefully looked after, as it is an astonishing condition <> almost "as new" <> everything works flawlessly, especially the aftertouch feature, which opens up "expressive playing" big-time! The choice of modulation is immense (with sample & hold, noise, glide + more...). The Multimoog is a stunning mono synth, make no mistake. They are now very rare; especially ones that work properly.....only 1000-odd were ever made (allegedly).
UK price is now £2350 Export price is £2150. All enquiries speedily replied to.....
