Vintage 7 1/4" wood Block with a hoop mount, from the late 60s or so. Has "Japan" stamped on one edge, and came with a Pearl factory kit, may not be Pearl exactly but it's from the Japanese stencil kit era.
It's in good shape, no cracks or splits, and the mount works as it should.
