Audio-Technica AT-PEQ30 Phono Preamplifier

The Audio-Technica AT-PEQ30 is a standalone MM/MC phono equalizer that adds a dedicated RIAA phono stage to a line-level input, or replaces a turntable's built-in preamp. Input is selectable for moving-magnet or moving-coil cartridges with fixed gain and impedance.

Circuit

FET inputs feed a negative-feedback RIAA equalizer. The enclosure is all metal; the front panel is machined aluminum and the RCA jacks are gold-plated. RIAA deviation is specified as +/-0.5 dB from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz for both MM and MC.
