At its heart lies Diamond’s innovative digital Bucket Brigade Delay (dBBD) architecture, a hybrid system that blends analog companding, precision filtering, and a custom-voiced delay line. The result is a warm, dimensional sound with up to 2.4 seconds of delay time, maintaining all the musicality and richness that made the original Memory Lane legendary.

Built around industrial-grade converters and analog circuitry, the new V2 offers maximum headroom, minimal noise, and complete road-ready reliability, including protection against polarity and over-voltage mistakes.

MLjr Mode delivers a classic fixed-rate delay with smooth, silent tempo changes.

Vintage Mode adds warmth and saturation, capturing the soul of analog delay.

Galloping 2-Head creates a rhythmic dual-head echo inspired by the Counterpoint delay.

Ambient 3-Head offers expansive, cascading repeats that are ideal for lush soundscapes.

Tap Tempo, Subdivisions & Doubler

Stay perfectly in time using tap tempo and three intuitive subdivisions: quarter note (green LED), dotted eighth note (yellow LED), and half note (red LED).

Holding the Tap footswitch engages the Doubler, instantly doubling your delay time. You can also choose between momentary or latching operation for expressive bursts or locked-in grooves.
