Trim-Two±  Laptop Stereo DI

Designed for buffered sounds such as laptops, tablets, DJ mixers and keyboards, the Radial Trim-Two™ is a passive direct box that incorporates a front-panel level control for ‘on-the-fly’ volume adjustments. This innovation is particularly helpful for those that use laptop computers on stage or for presentations where quick level adjustments are often compromised by software, mouse actions or the need to use a qwerty keyboard. Made Radial tough, the TrimTwo features Radials’ unique I-beam construction that protects the inner working from being torqued and then adds a book-end convert that creates a safety zone around the switches, volume control and connectors. Inside, two custom-made Eclipse transformers lower the impedance to reduce susceptibility to noise and perform the signal balancing to permit long cable runs up to 100m (300’) . Features include a ground lift switch that work with the isolation transformers to further eliminate ground loops plus a stereo-to- mono summing circuit that mixes the left-right inputs to dual mono at the XLR outs.
