The Focusrite ISA ADN2 is a two-channel analogue-to-digital converter card that installs into the ISA One mic preamp, adding 24-bit/192kHz digital conversion and Dante network connectivity.
Digital Conversion
The card converts the ISA One's mic preamp and DI outputs to digital, routing them to a Dante network through primary and secondary RJ45 Ethernet ports with automatic failover for redundancy. Additional digital outputs include AES3 on XLR, ADAT on TOSLINK, and S/PDIF on RCA, allowing connection to virtually any digital recording system. Word Clock I/O on BNC connectors enables synchronization to external clocks or distribution of the Dante network clock to other equipment.
Dante Network Integration
Dante outputs provide network connectivity to all Focusrite RedNet and Red interfaces, along with any Dante-enabled device from other manufacturers. Routing is configured through Dante Controller, and device settings are managed through RedNet Control. Both software applications are included.
