like new, This vintage-styled mic sounds fantastic and uses a figure-8 recording pattern. This means it records directly in front and behind the mic at the same time. The front-side is a little brighter than the rear, so you can use the same mic for different tones. I've used it for vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar and ambient recording. It just sounds fantastic. Blending a ribbon mic with a dynamic on a guitar cabinet sounds amazing! Plus, the styling of the mic immediately sets it apart. This is an out-of-production mic and fairly rare. I don't see these on here much at all. Great condition. XLR connector, does NOT need phantom power (+48 volt). Those aren't good for ribbons!
