Longtime Dragonfly Artist and collaborator Ben Irons has been using a couple custom mallets we made him for many years in his sound healing practice. They are variations on two of our best-selling Resonance Series mallets, featuring shorter handles and 2-sided wrap.
The “Spark” mallets descends from our RSMH Medium Hard mallet (red). The Spark is much shorter, has an added steel weight on the core and is 2-sided, with both sides softer than the RSMH. It has an immediate, fast response on any gong and brings out lots of high and mid-range frequencies.
