This early '80s Gibson ES-355TD gets two thumbs up for us - an absolute ripper of a semi-hollowbody that plays like a dream. This is a 1981 ES-355TD with a Walnut stain. Originally wired for stereo output, the guitar has been converted to mono along with a master volume control added. Believe it or not, the guitar was routed for a Kahler at some point (the '80s were a wild time) and it has since been converted back to a stopbar tailpiece. You can see the screw holes remaining on the headstock from when the Kahler locking nut was installed. The guitar has been refretted. Other than the Kahler route, the guitar blacklights well with no breaks or cracks to be seen. The guitar comes with the original case, TP6 tailpiece and the "Stereo" labeled truss rod cover.
