The Fishman Aura Acoustic Imaging Blender gives your acoustic guitar amazing, studio-quality sound - without a microphone! Using Acoustic Imaging technology (not modeling), the Aura takes the signal from the guitar's pickup and applies an "acoustic image," giving your guitar the stellar sound of an acoustic instrument picked up by a well-placed microphone! An active, programmable EQ, tuner, feedback-cancelling circuit, program locations, and XLR and 1/4" out are all included within the rugged, compact Aura.

Acoustic Imaging TechnologyIt's not modeling, it's imaging! The Aura takes the actual signal from your guitar and applies a stored "acoustic image," transforming that dry, direct sound into the shimmering tone you'd get if you were playing your guitar into a quality studio microphone.
Take studio sound to the stageThe essence of what makes an acoustic guitar sound great actually happens in FRONT of the guitar, as the combination of struck strings, a vibrating top and their interaction with the air moving inside the "box" of the guitar's body results in "that" sound. The great attribute of pickups is their ability to generate high volume levels before feedback - which is great for volume but a real compromise in tonal warmth. The Aura lets you retain your volume levels while adding the image and tone of a well-miked guitar. It's the best of both worlds!
It's all in one compact packageThe Aura Acoustic Imaging Blender does more than provide amazing acoustic sound for your live rig: You can store and save 16 different instrument "images" among 50 presets, and even add new images to your Aura (they're updated weekly!). This rugged unit also includes an active 3-band programmable EQ, a built-in digital tuner, feedback cancellation, XLR and 1/4" outs and an AC adapter.
