Westfield Stratocaster with David Gilmour Pickguard and Genuine Fender Hard Case

Up for sale is my upgraded Westfield Stratocaster finished in a stunning deep candy blue.

The finish is easily the standout feature of this guitar. The photos look great, but they still don't fully capture how striking it is in person. Depending on the lighting, the colour shifts from a rich royal blue through to an almost electric candy blue with incredible depth and gloss. It regularly attracts attention from anyone who sees it.

This Strat has been upgraded with a David Gilmour-style loaded pickguard featuring additional switching options via a push/pull control. This allows the neck pickup to be combined with other pickup selections, unlocking tones not normally available on a standard Stratocaster, including Bridge + Neck and all three pickups together.

The result is everything from classic Strat sparkle through to some surprisingly thick and full tones that aren't normally associated with a traditional Stratocaster.

This guitar is in excellent condition with a straight neck, comfortable action and excellent playability. The electronics function perfectly and it presents exceptionally well throughout.

This has primarily been a studio guitar and has always been exceptionally well cared for. It presents beautifully and is ready to play immediately.

Only selling as I am no longer operating my studio and reducing the number of instruments I own.

Also included is a genuine Fender moulded hard case in excellent condition, complete with the original key.

The original neck plate, pickup covers and control knobs retained during the upgrade are also included.
