A relaxed, curved shape that produces a natural and rich sound. A Yamaha original design inheriting high-quality engineering. Bright and clear sound. Reputedly accurate intonation. The 4th valve slide is a two-way system with a stopped key and an A slide. An F natural replacement slide is available as an optional extra. Using the F natural slide instead of the 1 or 1+3 fingering improves the intonation of the actual C note. Furthermore, the mouthpiece receiver uses machined parts.
