The disting EX is essentially two disting mk4s in one module, with a deeper engine of its own. It can run two algorithms side by side, or one larger algorithm such as the SD card sampler, multi-FX, polysynths, loopers, and a huge range of utilities. If your rack is missing a function, the disting can probably cover it. The Tiny MIDI Breakout adds MIDI in and out, so you can drive the EX's polysynths and samplers from a keyboard or DAW.

This module taught me a lot. Seeing how much one well-designed DSP platform can do pushed me to wonder what I could build myself. I've now made the leap into designing my own modules with the Electrosmith Daisy and the apf.audio Tiliqua, writing my own - I’m prob gonna regret selling it cuz I’m in some uncharted territory for myself. Anyways, The disting deserves to be in a rack where it gets used every day, so it's time to pass it on.

Includes Tiny MIDI Breakout, [microSD card, power cable, knurlies]. Ships securely packed.
