A pre-wired Stratocaster pickguard fitted with Fender Tex-Mex pickups, designed for straightforward installation. Remove the existing pickguard, solder the output jack and ground wires, then fit the new assembly in place.
Tex-Mex pickups combine Alnico 5 magnets with polysol-coated magnet wire for focused tone and enhanced dynamics. Staggered pole pieces provide balanced output across the strings, while the reverse-wound middle pickup helps cancel hum in pickup positions 2 and 4. The bridge pickup is overwound for increased output.
