Named "Swamp Doug," this versatile snare drum features a satin finish and is suitable for a wide range of uses.
The 14x8 mahogany shell produces a damp, dark, and husky low-fi sound reminiscent of historical 70s recordings when tuned low.
Furthermore, with mid-to-high tuning, it produces a deep sound with a sharp, wet attack.
The 6-ply mahogany shell, 8 tubular lugs, and triple-flange hoops work together to allow the drum to breathe openly.
42 snare wires and a 2-ply coated head bring even more impact and playability to the drum.
