Excellent-condition vintage Neumann U47, owned by me for over 30 years and the best of three U47s I have owned. It comes with Spare VF14 valve.
Includes:
• Internal VF14 tube/valve
• Spare VF14 tube/valve
• NG power supply
• Original microphones stand mount
• Cage mount & windsock
The M7 capsule was professionally reskinned in Germany approximately 10 years ago, arranged through renowned microphone expert Mr. Gunter Wagner.
The legendary U47 has been used by artists including Frank Sinatra, The Beatles and Ray Charles and remains one of the world's most highly regarded studio microphones.
Inspection/testing welcome at my studio in Gosford, NSW.
Shipping available at buyer's cost and must be fully insured. Buyer is also responsible for fully insured return shipping if returned.
