DSM & Humboldt Simplifier MK-II. A fully analog preamp, power amp and cabinet simulation platform in one ultra-compact enclosure, built to deliver realistic amp response with no external gear.

Independent preamp voicings, analog power amp simulation with selectable tube characteristics, and dual cab simulation give precise control over every stage of the signal chain. True stereo operation, dual FX loops, balanced XLR outputs and headphone monitoring make it equally at home in direct recording, live performance and silent practice. Zero latency, no menus: every adjustment is immediate and tactile.

What the MK-II adds over the original Simplifier:

Expanded preamp section. Redesigned preamps with increased gain range and improved response, covering clean, edge-of-breakup and driven tones.

Master section control. A dedicated master volume allows independent control of preamp and power amp drive, holding clarity while avoiding unwanted FX loop distortion.

Enhanced power amp simulation. A dedicated power amp drive control dials in the compression and saturation of a pushed tube amp, unlocking a far more realistic sweet spot.

Redesigned stereo cab simulation. Reworked from extensive speaker response analysis, replacing mic positioning with an intuitive three-profile speaker voicing system for faster, more musical adjustments.

Built-in reverb. An integrated side-chained digital plate reverb adds space and depth without interfering with the core tone, and was among the most requested additions from original Simplifier owners.

Since the original Simplifier arrived in 2019 the platform has been a benchmark for analog amp simulation. The MK-II refines the core sound and widens the control set without compromising the feel that set it apart.
